Forged Equity is a Finishing & Facility Services Contractor based in Omaha, Nebraska. We support General Contractors, property managers, and business owners with finishing trades, in-house inspection and detailed cleanup, commercial office cleaning, turnovers, valet trash, and jobsite trailer services.

Our Role in the Industry

Most contractors either do full construction or only offer cleaning. Forged Equity operates in the middle — the finishing, detail, and facility-maintenance lane where presentation, readiness, and consistency matter most.

We coordinate subcontracted finishing trades, then perform our own in-house quality checks and detailed cleanup to ensure every surface looks professionally finished. For commercial and multifamily clients, we provide dependable cleaning, turnover support, and valet trash to keep properties running smooth day after day.

How We Work

Finishing Trades (Subcontracted)

We coordinate vetted subcontractors for painting, drywall repair, flooring, demo, and minor carpentry. Our subs complete the work; our team inspects and details the space afterward.

In-House Inspection & Post-Trade Cleanup

Our signature. We handle finished-surface cleanup, touch-ups, smudges, splatter removal, debris removal, and final readiness for owners, tenants, and leadership walkthroughs.

Commercial Office Cleaning

Reliable, scheduled cleaning for offices and small commercial properties including restrooms, breakrooms, dusting, and floors.

Turnover & Make-Ready

Light repairs, trash-outs, cleaning, and coordination to prepare units or suites for new tenants or new owners.

Valet Trash & Waste Management

Doorstep pickup, trash-can delivery, breezeway sweep, and community waste support for multifamily properties.
